Here are a few things to remember:
start your warm up in your medium range
assure you’re in the ‘mask’ placement, feel your voice staying i. the same place, as you slide up and down effortlessly
when reaching the high note, think you’re ‘going down’, ground yourself - option bent slightly forward
remember to ‘swallow’ the voice inside the mouth, where the places of resonance will project the sound automatically - we are often putting too much out
if it’s belting, use the Gnia, Woing in excess in the nose to free the larynx and wake up the resonators needed for the belt
if it’s classical/neo-classical use grand arpeggio
if you’re under stress, take a moment to calm down, use rhythmic inhale/exhale, check if your diaphragm is relaxed - there’s no use practicing under stress - you will automatically push too much out as a defence.
